*WAIVER: I am aware that participation in the Cal Red Raiders Basketball program has some inherent risks and injury can occur. I hereby authorize the directors of the Cal Red Raiders Basketball Program to act for me according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention to my son. I waive and release the Cal Red Raiders Basketball Program, its coaches and volunteers from any and all claims for personal injury.
